We do our best to answer your questions in advance via the FAQ. However, if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
Is it possible to place an order from countries outside of France or Europe?
Yes, but only for our digital products.
PDF Plans (International): Our PDF assembly plans are available worldwide. They are available for immediate download after purchase and are offered in three languages: French, English, and German.
Physical Products (Europe only): Currently, the delivery of our physical products is exclusively reserved for countries located in Europe. We do not ship physical hardware outside of this zone due to logistics and shipping costs.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times may vary from country to country, but for France and Europe they are generally 3 to 4 days. Except in cases of force majeure, they should not exceed 10 working days for standard delivery methods, including international shipments. These times do not apply to pre-order periods, during which shipments will be made according to the announced schedule. We are currently working on opening orders to other countries and will complete this information as soon as possible.
Are other options or extensions planned?
We are constantly listening to our customers and actively working to improve our products. The introduction of new options or extensions is one of our future objectives. We regularly assess the needs and feedback of our users, to offer features that best meet their expectations.

Is it possible to purchase simulator plans only?
We offer digital plans in PDF format for sale, along with an optional CNC extension for the simulator from the DIY kit.
